He has an extensive background in operational day-to-day issues practice startups installation of computer networks and software, site construction and equipment procurement. Other healthcare experiences include home healthcare, hospital financial and operational management, and human resource and benefit analysis.

James J. Aluia, MBA, Mr. Aluia has extensive experience working with clinical practices. His 20 plus years in the healthcare field have involved several start-up and developing organizations, from which he has successfully developed and applied his management techniques.

Gary C. Naftaly, MHA, Mr. Naftaly has over 10 years of operational and strategic management experience working with independent and hospital-based physician practices. He has worked with primary care and specialty practices and specializes in streamlining operations to improve efficiency, effectiveness and customer service while reducing costs. Additionally, he has successfully created new lines of business for practices resulting in additional revenue streams.
