employees of the Health System, now SEM Partners Plus has new plans
that are set-up to utilize the SmartHealth network of providers. These
new plans are knowns as the SmartNetwork and are offered to the private
practice physicians of the St. John Medical Group, PC.
Plan highlights include:
-Choice of 12 PPO plan designs
-Choice of 4 high deductible health plans with HSAs
-No need to choose a Primary Care Physician
-No referrals required
-No health questionnaire to complete
-7 RX plan designs
